Once a Marine and now a ranking figure within the Neo Marines, Binz stands among the chief villains of One Piece Film: Z. Loyal to his former admiral and armed like a ninja, he wields a Devil Fruit that hurries plants into rapid, binding growth.
Tall and gangly, Binz carries broad shoulders that look mismatched against his lengthy arms, and his face is marked by oversized lips. His wardrobe runs to bold color: a black-and-yellow outer suit layered over a hot pink bodysuit that even wraps his head. A green sash circles his middle. Strapped across his back with a pale pink cloth, he keeps both a blade and an outsized shuriken, and the whole look reads unmistakably as that of a ninja.
Pirates earn nothing but loathing from Binz, a contempt he inherited from Z, the admiral who trained him and whom he addresses respectfully as Z-sensei. Words come sparingly to him, and he tends toward gravity, yet combat brings out strange flourishes: odd dancing and contorted expressions. His attachment to his mentor ran deep, and when Z died, he and Ain grieved openly through tears.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...
Holding officer rank within the Neo Marines, Binz is strong enough to endure the dangers of the New World, and he twice traded blows with Sanji before falling in their second clash. Through the Mosa Mosa no Mi, a Paramecia fruit, he forces vegetation to grow at breakneck speed and steers the swollen plants, sprouting them in great quantity to tie down foes. He fights with ninja tools such as swords and shuriken, keeps smoke bombs handy for retreat, and trains in the Six Powers technique Soru, whose speed once let him slip past Robin's Hana Hana no Mi strikes, a feat nobody had managed before. His record traces back to his Marine days, when he, Z, and Ain were the sole survivors of a battle against a pirate who later joined the Seven Warlords, prompting all three to quit the Marines and found the Neo Marines. During Film: Z he raided Firs Island for the Dyna Stone, overpowered several Straw Hats aboard the Thousand Sunny, and dueled Sanji on both Secon Island and Piriodo, losing each time; he later mourned Z at his grave after Kizaru's forces drove the admiral to a final stand.
Binz is a ranking officer in the Neo Marines and one of the chief villains of One Piece Film: Z, a former Marine loyal to his mentor Z who fights using ninja style weapons and a plant based Devil Fruit.
When their mentor Z died at the end of Film: Z, Binz and Ain openly grieved him through tears, having served under him since their days together in the Marines.
Binz ate the Mosa Mosa no Mi, a Paramecia type Devil Fruit also known as the Grow Grow Fruit, which lets him force plants to grow at breakneck speed and steer them to bind his enemies.
Binz was trained by Z, the admiral he calls Z sensei, and the two of them along with Ain were the only survivors of a Marine battle that led all three to quit and found the Neo Marines.
Binz fought Sanji twice during Film: Z, on Secon Island and later on Piriodo, but he lost both duels despite his officer level strength.
