Once Black Maria seized Sanji, Bishonure-Onna and the other Gifters pursued him until he collapsed and ringed him in. She looked on as Maria pummeled him and pressed him to summon Nico Robin, and she was stunned both when he gave in and when Robin and Brook turned up at once, with Robin assailing Maria while Brook pulled Sanji clear. A hallucinogenic fog meant to trap the two Straw Hats failed, so Bishonure-Onna and several others gave chase. After Brook raised a wall of ice, she heard a cry beyond it and peered through a crack to find Maria beaten and Robin towering over her. As the Gifters crowded the gap to look, Brook felled them all with one strike. Her Python SMILE lets her unhinge her jaw and ooze mucus to bog down foes before devouring them.
