Blue Fan

Small and plump compared to her towering crewmates, Blue Fan barely reaches half the height of most other Kuja. She has a rounded face framed by orange brown hair and favors scanty, revealing outfits. The opening sequence Share the World recolors her with darker skin and blonde hair.

A cheerful expression is her default. She appears devoted to the Kuja Pirates and the crew she sails with.

Strength is implied of her, since only the mightiest warriors earn a place aboard the Kuja ship. She was present in the Calm Belt when Vice Admiral Momonga sought an audience with Hancock, and after the empress petrified his men, the crew sailed home. Once Luffy was hauled into the island's arena as a trespasser, Blue Fan watched him drop Bacura with one punch and unleash Supreme King Haki against Sandersonia and Marigold. She welcomed the revived Marguerite, joined the celebration with Luffy, and saw the empress off as she left to aid his rescue of Ace. Later she stretched Luffy's arm after he rang the Ox Bell, bid him farewell again near Sabaody, and helped the Kuja hold off the Marines so the Straw Hats could press on toward Fish-Man Island. During the Wano era, Amazon Lily came under assault from the Marines and the Blackbeard Pirates, and she watched in alarm as Blackbeard seized and neutralized Hancock until Silvers Rayleigh arrived to drive the attackers off.
