Charlotte Angel

Angel cuts a thin figure, her purple hair flaring out to the left and right. A short pink tube top leaves most of her midriff bare, worn under an open light green jacket with a darker green wrap looped at the neck. Below the waist come knee-high pink boots and a stubby fur skirt, also pink. Her anime introduction recolored her instead with light brown hair and a white jacket worn over a purple top and fur skirt.

Her inner character remains largely a blank. The clearest read on it is her willingness to back Big Mom's scheme against the Vinsmoke Family, which paints her as devoted to kin and crew. She also has a sturdy spirit, holding on to her senses through a blast of her mother's Supreme King Haki and that ear-splitting scream.

Belonging to an Emperor's crew as an officer places the lower ranks under her command and implies real strength, even though her actual fighting has barely been shown. Concept sketches depict her toting a big bow with a quiver of arrows, and for the assassination plot she received a Walker like her crewmates. Within the story she attended Pudding and Sanji's wedding, stood among the pirates besieging Capone Bege once the murder attempt collapsed, and plummeted with everyone else when the Tamatebako blew up beneath the Whole Cake Chateau, spared only after Streusen turned a piece of it into cake.
