Charlotte Brownie

Brownie's jaw balloons outward, oddly bulky next to the smaller crown of his head. A pointed nose marks the center of his face, light purple hair flares up along the sides, and his chest is noticeably hairy. His wardrobe runs to a studded suit with a soaring collar, finished off by a thin, very tall top hat.

Coarse, lazy, and quick to lose interest, Brownie was posted to guard Cacao Island but took one look at the overwhelming numbers already stationed there and simply wandered off to nap, leaving orders that he be woken only if something actually occurred. He does, however, possess a scientific bent, joining in the planned dissection of the Vinsmoke siblings.

Officer status hands Brownie command of lower crew members along with his own ship. He carries a bat into his fight against Germa 66 and reached for a knife when readying to experiment on Niji and Yonji. Following Cracker's defeat, he marched with the army that closed on Luffy and Nami, then helped drag the captured Straw Hats back to Sweet City. When the crew bolted from Totto Land, he brought his ship to Cacao Island to bolster the ambush but dozed off instead, rousing only once Germa 66 struck the fleet, and grew so absorbed in that fight that he missed Oven's order to halt Luffy and Sanji. He cheered as Big Mom herself reached the battlefield. Later, during the Germa cover story, he joined Prim, Kato, and Anana in preparing to experiment on the imprisoned brothers, only to be thrashed when Ichiji and Reiju burned the book free, and he eventually watched Vegapunk's worldwide broadcast from Whole Cake Island.
