Sheer bulk defines this officer. He stands above even the 509-centimeter Katakuri, which places him among the largest figures the Charlotte clan has ever produced. His build looks top-heavy, the swollen upper torso resting on noticeably shorter legs, and a brown mustache decorates his face.

For dress he favors a deep blue jumpsuit speckled with paler dots, the fabric stretching all the way over his hands. Spiked yellow plating shields his head and shoulders, and the outfit closes with dark boots plus a pink belt clasped by a yellow buckle.

Very little of his inner life has been put on the page. What can be gathered comes from how he acts. He threw in with Big Mom's scheme to slaughter the Vinsmoke Family and chased hard after the escaping pirates, conduct that paints him as devoted to both his relatives and his captain. He also proved tough enough to keep standing through a blast of his mother's overpowering Haki and her ear-splitting shriek.

High-Fat turned up at the tea party and wedding staged for Sanji and Charlotte Pudding, lending himself to the planned ambush on the Germa royals. When the scheme unraveled, he reeled at the sight of Luffy bursting from the cake and watched Katakuri move in. He then traded blows with Jinbe, the recently departed helmsman, and tried to keep Luffy from waving Mother Carmel's shattered portrait before Big Mom.

He joined the siege against Capone Bege, struck at the Vinsmokes when they entered the fray, and opened fire as they covered the alliance's retreat. After the Tamatebako blast toppled the Whole Cake Chateau, Streusen's cake cushioned the fall and spared the crew. Charlotte Daifuku then pulled him into a pursuit squad sent after the Sanji retrieval party. The chase ended in the Seducing Woods, where Nami channeled a thunderbolt through Zeus and flattened his group. The anime instead has Jinbe putting him down in single combat.
