Charlotte Laurin

Laurin is a lean, olive-skinned man whose arms and forearms carry numerous scars. A black top hat marked with a pink skull conceals most of his face, and the skull's eye sockets are hollowed so he can peer through them. He sports metal lederhosen fixed at the waist by an orange pearl, blue suspenders holding them up, ragged black shorts and boots, an orange ascot, and one dark gray glove worn on his right hand.

Little of his disposition has been revealed, but his place in Big Mom's plot to kill the Vinsmokes and his role in the pursuit mark him as loyal to family and crew. He reacted with shock and confusion to Capone Bege's betrayal. His weapon of choice is a Dane axe, and the anime shows real mastery of it, letting him cleave the ground below him with a single swing.

Laurin appeared at the tea party and wedding for Sanji and Charlotte Pudding, joining the planned assassination. After Brook smashed Mother Carmel's portrait, he fretted over how Big Mom would react, and Bege's revealed treachery left him stunned.

He took part as the crew besieged the alliance, was thrown back by the clash between Luffy and Big Mom, and lost his balance when the Tamatebako blast collapsed the Whole Cake Chateau, only for Streusen to pull him to safety. Charlotte Daifuku then folded him into the squad chasing the Straw Hats. Startled to see Big Mom join the hunt personally, he followed the chase into the Seducing Woods, where Nami's thunderbolt through Zeus knocked him and his group out. The anime instead has Luffy defeating him in combat.
