Charlotte Marnier

Average in build, Marnier is best recognized by her afro, which blends pink and purple. She wears a pale leotard, colored black in the anime, together with a short cape in light pink, and her boots are magenta and heeled.

Much of Marnier's character remains undisclosed, but her decision to back Big Mom's plan against the Vinsmokes points to firm loyalty toward her family and crew. The thought of how her mother might react after Mother Carmel's photograph was destroyed left her frightened.

As Minister of Yeast, Marnier holds authority over Kibo Island, while her standing as a crew officer places lower-ranking members under her command. To carry out the Vinsmoke assassination, she received a Walker along with other members of the crew, and she additionally bore a long cane whose role in a fight is not known. She was present at the wedding celebration of Sanji and Pudding, where the assassination plan came into motion.

After Brook shattered the portrait of Mother Carmel, a worried Marnier fretted over how her mother might react. She then moved in with the crew to surround the alliance, firing on the Vinsmokes once they stepped forward to cover the group's retreat. Later she became uneasy after the territorial sea slugs fell still, leaving the crew unable to track where the Nostra Castello and the Thousand Sunny had gone.
