Charlotte Mobile is a Longarm-human hybrid and the 31st son of the Charlotte Family, born to Big Mom. He oversees Futoru Island as Totto Land's Minister of Tasting and ranks as an officer within his mother's crew.
Tall and light of skin, Mobile carries a long nose that ends in a sharp point. The shape of his reddish-brown hair resembles an upside-down triangle, with the two outer points curling toward the sky, and a thin pencil mustache rests on his upper lip. His attire is a puffy suit with a tall collar, striped vertically in pink and burgundy, set off by a yellow scarf and a brown-and-yellow cape. He is seldom pictured without a wine glass in hand.
Mobile's part in the plot against the Vinsmoke Family, along with his pursuit of the Straw Hats, marks him as loyal to his kin and crew. A frown sits on his face much of the time, and his constant wine glass hints at a taste for drink. Learning of Bege's treachery threw him into shock. Pride and vanity color his manner as well, since he lifts his nose and looks down on others in a way likened to Boa Hancock.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...
His title of Minister of Tasting puts Futoru Island under his rule, and his officer rank hands him authority over the crew's lesser members. Mobile's willpower lets him stay conscious through a surge of his mother's Supreme King Haki, and the anime shows him tough enough to brush off Luffy's punches and keep on attacking. He received a Walker for the assault on the Vinsmokes and, in the anime, handles a pair of swords well enough to clash briefly with Sanji.
At the wedding of Sanji and Pudding, Mobile took part in the plan to slay the Vinsmokes and was startled when Luffy exploded out of the cake and Katakuri lunged after him. Once Brook wrecked Carmel's photo and Bege exposed his real intentions, Mobile joined the effort to take down the Straw Hats, shot at the Vinsmokes as they covered the alliance, and was hurled away by the collision between Luffy and Big Mom. Daifuku drafted him into the pursuit unit, and he kept up the chase until Nami brought a thunderbolt from Zeus down on his group in the Seducing Woods.
During the Wano arc he rode the Queen Mama Chanter as the crew made two attempts to climb the waterfall, stopped first by King and then by Marco, after which he watched his siblings argue over who would inherit Big Mom's position. Long afterward, he and his siblings looked on as Vegapunk's broadcast reached the world.
