Charlotte Prim

Prim has tanned skin and blue eyes. Being half octopus mermaid, the lower half of her body splits into eight pink octopus limbs. Above them she wears a low-cut dress of dark red, and her pale blonde hair is shaped into a tall cylinder across the front.

The available portrait of her is brief and points to loyalty toward family and crew, demonstrated when she responded to Oven's summons, massing on Cacao Island to help strike at Luffy.

Prim assembled with thousands of crewmates on Cacao Island, part of the trap Oven had laid for Monkey D. Luffy, and the army held its position waiting for him to surface at one in the morning. When Oven assaulted Pekoms after he came out of the Mirro-World, she cried out in alarm at the sight of Luffy. After the Straw Hats slipped away, she joined Brownie and Joconde in cheering as Big Mom entered the fight. Later, in the cover-story arc, the captured Niji and Yonji were carried in a book to Whole Cake Island; there, Prim joined Brownie, Kato, and Anana in preparing to experiment on the pair, only for Ichiji and Reiju to burn the book, free the brothers, and rout the Charlotte siblings. Her officer rank gives her authority over lower-ranking crew, and her dispatch to Cacao Island marks her as a strong fighter. She carries a trident, though it has not been seen in actual combat, and for her experiments she made use of two knives along with a hammer and chisel.
