Tan fur covers this fox mink, who has a tapered muzzle, a rounded nose, sharpened teeth, and lengthy whiskers. His squad dress runs to a red-trimmed purple cape, a plumed black hat in pink, and brown footwear. Beneath those he sports black trousers, a frill-hemmed white shirt, black gloves, a buckled black belt finished in gold, a puffy pale-blue scarf, and a strap for his blade slung over the left shoulder.

A smirk rarely leaves his face, holding steady even when danger looms. He carries the loyalty common to the Mokomo minks, standing behind the Kouzuki Family, and shows a deep sense of gratitude, going so far as to volunteer for the team sent to recover Sanji.

Like every mink a born fighter, and elevated above ordinary warriors by his musketeer rank, Concelot can release Electro and pour it into his twin rapiers, and he can shift into the moonlit Sulong state. When Jack's Beasts Pirates stormed Zou hunting Raizo, he battled them alongside the squad before handing the fight to Nekomamushi and the Guardians at nightfall. The struggle dragged on for five days and ended with Koro gas poisoning the tribe, leaving Concelot among those strung up and tortured until Sanji's group later arrived to cure them.

When Kin'emon and Kanjuro revealed themselves on Zou, Concelot and the minks welcomed the samurai and disclosed that Raizo was safe among them, and he rejoiced as Inuarashi and Nekomamushi set their feud aside for Momonosuke's sake. Traveling later with Inuarashi, his group came upon the badly hurt Tama in a wasteland. During the Onigashima raid he sailed in with the Straw Hats, moved with Kin'emon's unit, and joined the minks in turning Sulong to tear through Jack's forces. After the alliance triumphed, he backed Carrot's rise to ruler of the Mokomo Dukedom, and once home on Zou he heard Vegapunk's message beamed across the world.
