Inuarashi Musketeer Squad

The Inuarashi Musketeer Squad serves as the primary daylight combat unit of the Mokomo Dukedom, the mink homeland atop the giant elephant Zunesha. The squad long operated under Duke Inuarashi and later came to serve Carrot once she ascended the throne. They function as the daytime counterpart to Nekomamushi's Guardians, who hold watch after dark. The unit mixes male and female minks and is crowned by three elite warriors called the Three Musketeers of Inuarashi, who hold authority over the rest and are themselves led by Shishilian.

In a nation where even ordinary citizens are born fighters capable of trading blows with the Beasts Pirates, the Musketeers stand a cut above, each trained to a stricter standard to earn a place in the ranks. Most fight with blades, though Carrot favors paw-shaped gauntlets, and all of them wield Electro, the mink tribe's natural electrical power, with some channeling it through their weapons. The Three Musketeers represent the squad's strongest members and direct the others in battle.

For years the unit kept a rigid schedule, active from six in the morning until six in the evening before handing the night over to the Guardians. That arrangement grew out of the long feud between Inuarashi and Nekomamushi. Only after Kouzuki Momonosuke prompted the two leaders to make peace did the Musketeers gain the freedom to sleep and wake as they pleased.

When Jack and the Beasts Pirates stormed the Mokomo Dukedom hunting for Raizo, the Musketeers met them in combat while their swifter members rushed civilians to safety, and the fighting dragged on for five days. After Jack unleashed Caesar Clown's Koro gas on Kurau City, many Musketeers were slaughtered and the strongest were crucified and tortured for information, only for Sanji's group to arrive and save the survivors. The squad later welcomed the Straw Hats with a feast in the Right Belly Fortress and joined the alliance against Kaidou in Wano, where they entered their Sulong forms during the raid on Onigashima. Among the named figures, the captain Shishilian leads the Three Musketeers, Carrot rose from the ranks to eventually take the throne, and Inuarashi commanded them all as duke. The squad's name nods to Alexandre Dumas' novel The Three Musketeers.
