Dalmatian

With his fruit active, Dalmatian appears as a brawny, upright hybrid of man and spotted hound. From the nose up, plus his arms and legs, he bears the white coat and black spots of a dalmatian, and a long tail extends behind him. The lower half of his face stays human, set with a pale beard on a broad chin, while his neck and torso also remain human. His plain human and full-canine forms have never appeared. In his recruit days he wore a standard Marine cap and only chin stubble. His officer's dress is the vice admiral standard: a dark green double-breasted suit, a light red shirt beneath, a darker red tie, and a Marine coat slung over the shoulders like a cape.

True to his calling as a Marine, Dalmatian holds a firm sense of justice.

His rank lets him answer a Buster Call together with four more vice admirals, and lower officers fall under his command. The unnamed Zoan fruit he ate turns him into a dalmatian, sharply raising his combat skill and strength, and being a meat-eating canine gives him an advantage over ordinary Zoan users. He fuses the change with the Six Powers, having shown Soru for tremendous speed and Shigan to pierce foes; a sharpened claw on his fingertip let his Shigan break through Luffy's rubber body. Every vice admiral is confirmed to carry Haki, so he wields it as well. At Marineford he and Momonga struck at Luffy, Dalmatian running him through, and once Ace and Whitebeard had perished and Shanks had arrived, he stood down on Sengoku's command. Non-canon films place him at Sakazuki's conference in One Piece Film: Z and on a Buster Call against Delta Island in One Piece: Stampede.
