Dynamo Team

The pair is easy to tell apart. One, who works the machine's pedals, is a man of regular build with a faintly pale complexion dressed in the Ruluka Government uniform. The other, who handles the tubing that channels the energy across, is the bigger of the two, with somewhat tanned skin, and wears the same government uniform.

The two are dependable servants who keep both of their masters' suits charged, but they clearly resent the labor, grunting and panting hard whenever they crank the power higher.

The team shows reasonable physical strength, since they managed to feed power into the suits worn by Lake and Wetton, yet they tire fast and are left breathing heavily once the work is done. When Lake assaulted Sanji, Nami, and Chopper over unpaid taxes, the Dynamo Team energized his Electric Suit. Sanji eventually chose to flee, and Lake's attempt to give chase failed because he was still tethered to the team's equipment, one of the men calling out a warning just before Lake toppled over backward. Later on, the pair also powered Wetton's Flame Suit.
