The Fischer's Pirates are a non-canon crew made up of the real-life YouTube group Fischer's, dropped into the One Piece world through a crossover manga and the film One Piece: Stampede. Led by Silk Road aboard the Thousand Gorry, they retrace the Straw Hats' journey with surprising firepower.
Their flag carries a cartoon shark grinning over a set of crossbones, a nod to the mascot that becomes a literal crewmate. Their vessel, the Thousand Gorry, was a gift from Kaya and Merry, just like the Going Merry that inspired its early design, bearing only minor tweaks to mark it as the group's own. Later the shipwright figure Mr. Kuromaku reworked it to resemble a variant of the Thousand Sunny.
For a group that looks unthreatening, the crew packs a serious punch, routing one East Blue pirate band after another. Two members carry Devil Fruit powers, Peketan and the mascot Lip Shark, which widens their range of tricks in a fight. Lip Shark in particular can amplify an ally's strength to staggering degrees, a boost that let Silk Road go toe to toe with Rob Lucci. The captain himself was the first to fuse with Lip Shark, and the crew's diversity in abilities keeps them dangerous well beyond their goofy reputation.
The members of Fischer's were scattered at random across the One Piece world. Silk Road, Ndaho, and Motoki landed near Foosha Village, then picked up Peketan at Shells Town, where his Peke Peke no Mi helped them topple Morgan and formally found the crew. They gathered Masai at Syrup Village, won their ship from Kaya, recruited Zakao at the Baratie, and freed Dama after smashing Arlong Park, collecting their first bounties along the way. Following the Straw Hats' trail through Loguetown, Arabasta, Skypiea, and a Davy Back Fight against the Foxy Pirates, they discovered a strange Devil Fruit that their shark emblem had secretly eaten, birthing Lip Shark as a true crewmate. At Water 7 they clashed with undercover CP9, chased the stolen One Piece volumes to Enies Lobby, and beat the agents to reclaim them. Kuma later split the crew at Sabaody, scattering everyone but Silk Road back to Tokyo, after which the captain was caged in Impel Down. Lip Shark recruited Ivankov's help, and the reunited crew stormed Marineford with Earth-sourced gear to rescue Silk Road and spare Koby. They went on to Amazon Lily, bribing Boa Hancock with Luffy merchandise, then won a card-game tournament on Carbador Island that pointed them toward Dressrosa. In One Piece: Stampede the crew attends the Pirates Festival, where they panic and flee as the Marines, Mihawk's swordplay, and Douglas Bullet's massive attacks turn the event chaotic.

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....
