Appearance

Of ordinary stature beneath his gear, Ganzack straps a crustacean-styled shell across his back, fitted with shoulder gauntlets that end in massive crab claws. Underneath sits a red shirt, with blue trousers and a blue cape completing the look. His purple hair is bound back in a ponytail to match his purple beard, a crimson ring circles each eye, and an X-shaped scar marks his left temple. A black pirate hat bearing his Jolly Roger tops it all off.

Personality

Ruthless and full of himself, Ganzack chases the Pirate King crown and is willing to enslave whole islands or murder children to reach it. His creed places raw military might above treasure, and he styles himself the Pirate Shogun while sneering at pirates who care only for quick loot. That same arrogance makes him a sucker for flattery, often ordering his crew to laugh along with his gloating, and just as quick to bristle at insults. He is especially touchy about any comparison to a crab and loses his composure whenever someone makes one.

Abilities

Ganzack can hold his own against Luffy for short stretches and shrugs off heavy blows, recovering in moments from an attack that had flattened the much larger Richie. By some unexplained means he also commands the Plesiosaur, a savage sea beast he rides. His real edge is his armor: the pincers hide blades that pierce plate and track his every swing, while the legs fire bullets, chains, and an unbreakable adhesive foam, and the limbs can fold over him into a bulletproof shield. He happily supplements this with flintlocks and prizes the cannons of his warship, above all the island-shattering Devil's Tower.
