Hatsu

Hatsu is a small, aged woman with brown hair and matching brown eyes set behind a pair of glasses. She dresses in a white gown trimmed with a purple collar and ties a white cloth around her head.

Running the cafeteria keeps Hatsu thoroughly occupied, and when the food rush is on she has little patience for questions, brushing off the Straw Hats until the pressure eases. Family weighs heavily on her, both in supervising her granddaughters Niina and Yuka and, in one memory, in her determination to rush to Iceburg's aid when he was arrested.

Struggling to cook enough for all the Galley-La staff, Hatsu was approached by the Straw Hat Pirates hunting for Rob Lucci. Too swamped to help, she promised answers only if they tracked down her two granddaughters to lighten her workload; once the girls were returned, she pointed the crew toward the Galley-La Headquarters.

Within a Water Seven Memoria recreating Iceburg's arrest, Hatsu tried to push into the city to save him but was held back by Yuka and a Franky Family member. Sanji eventually talked her down, and together they drew off the Cipher Pol agents so the Straw Hats could press forward.
