Hatsu is a small, aged woman with brown hair and matching brown eyes set behind a pair of glasses. She dresses in a white gown trimmed with a purple collar and ties a white cloth around her head.

Too swamped to help, she promised answers only if they tracked down her two granddaughters to lighten her workload; once the girls were returned, she pointed the crew toward the Galley-La Headquarters.
