Isoka

Isoka is a woman whose face carries a slightly drooping look, framed by short purple hair tucked under a Marine headband. Over a striped sea green turtleneck she wears the standard Marine coat, paired with blue trousers. As a child her purple hair fell longer, and she dressed in a bluish purple jacket over a green shirt with a white striped skirt.

Few details are given of her grown up nature beyond a steady composure that holds in almost any situation. In childhood she ran hotter, quick to a short temper that often spilled into violence, and she would brandish swords and knives to scare people off.

As a girl, Isoka and her friends fled their burning town and boarded the Wetton Pirates' galleon to escape Wetton himself, only for the Rainbow Mist to swallow the ship after Henzo and Wetton tumbled into the water. Trapped inside the mist under the cruel pirate Ian, the group eventually locked him away and survived a Sea King. When Luffy and the others later sailed into Ape's Concert, Isoka and Rapanui's band first tried to frighten them off, but the ruse collapsed and a reunion with the grown Henzo followed. After the Rainbow Tower exploded, Rapanui found the path out, and the friends, the Pumpkin Pirates, blew up their own ship to create the gust that carried the Straw Hats free.

Thrown clear of the mist, Isoka and her companions landed fifty years in the past, washed ashore, and were taken in by the Marines. They worked the ship as chore hands and resolved to become Marines so they could one day stand against Wetton. Years later, during the Ruluka Island Arc, Isoka serves in Rapanui's fleet as it chases the Straw Hats. Once Rapanui reveals himself, she helps arrest Wetton and his gang, and she joins the others in saluting the Straw Hats as they sail away.
