Ranked the third strongest agent of CP9 and later folded into the elite CP0, Jabra is a wolf-fruit assassin who served as one of the major threats at Enies Lobby. Hot-tempered and superstitious, he nonetheless counts among the more level-headed of his unit, and he clashed with Sanji during the Straw Hats' rescue of Robin.
Dark of skin, Jabra sports a Fu Manchu mustache, a sharp goatee, and a thick braided queue that trails behind him like a scorpion's tail. A scar cuts diagonally across his left eye, and the kanji for wolf marks the front of one shoulder. At Enies Lobby his look read as a typical kung fu martial artist: a black tie worn across his bare chest, small hoop earrings, pointed sunglasses pushed up on his forehead, an open black tangzhuang that was white down its center, and a red sash over black pants. Once promoted into CP0, he switched to a fully white tangzhuang topped with a matching long overcoat.
Fiercely competitive, Jabra bristled to learn that Rob Lucci and Kaku both outranked him in Doriki, a rivalry tied to his wolfish drive to be the pack's alpha. He is quick to anger and riddled with superstitions, chief among them the belief that Devil Fruits are haunted by literal devils, which often casts him as a comic figure. For all that, he is arguably the most rational of his teammates, fancying himself a nice guy who offers his victims a swift, painless end. He is a habitual liar who takes pride in his deceptions, and he carries a drawn-out laugh that begins with a long "gya."
As CP9's third-ranked member, Jabra was a deadly assassin in the World Government's employ, strong enough to crush Usopp with ease and briefly overpower Sanji. His combat centers on Tekkai Kenpo, a style he insists no other Six Powers user can pull off, letting him stay mobile and strike hard while keeping his iron defense raised. His Tekkai shrugged off Zoro's attacks and a barrage of Sanji's kicks, and he rounds out his arsenal with Rankyaku, Geppo, Shigan, and the piercing dive Gekko Jusshigan. His Doriki of 2,180 places him in a tier far above the lesser agents.
He gained his powers from the wolf-model Inu Inu no Mi, a Zoan fruit that lets him shift into a full wolf or a werewolf-like hybrid. The change swells his already enormous strength, lets him uproot trees, and adds vicious claws that sharpen his Six Powers attacks. He can also wield both Armament and Observation Haki.

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....
