Tall and slim with purple hair, Kinderella is regarded by onlookers as a beauty, and her mouth tends to hang open. Flowing purple gowns made up her usual wardrobe before her coronation. Once she became queen, she layered on a dark cape fitted with bat wings at the shoulders, a hood styled after a crow, pale full-length gloves, and a mask over her eyes.

Kinderella delights in hearing Wapol hurl insults at others, cackling along with his cruelty in a way that marks her as just as rude as her husband. Her affection for him is hollow, rooted entirely in his wealth, which makes her a textbook gold digger. She has a habit of tacking the word universe onto the ends of her sentences, and her distinctive laugh, rendered as Tama-no-Koshi koshi koshi, plays directly on a Japanese phrase about marrying into money.

After Wapol struck it rich in the toy business and launched his own corporation, Kinderella married him and the two settled into a lavish lifestyle. Two years on, the World Nobles rewarded the company's runaway success by handing the couple the Evil Black Drum Kingdom, making Wapol its king and Kinderella its queen, which also grants her the right to attend the Levely. When the gathering approached, she traveled with Wapol to Mary Geoise and laughed as he taunted Vivi until Dalton chased him off. Later, on the fourth day, she spotted a frightened Wapol fleeing and saw Vivi asking to come along with him, leading her to jump to the conclusion that her husband was being unfaithful.
