To the Levely - Rebecca and the Sakura Kingdom

Once Carrot's stowing away aboard the Sunny comes to light, the squad assigned to reclaim Sanji agrees to take her along for the trip.

Elsewhere, preparations for the Levely roll on through several nations. Over in the Sakura Kingdom, Kureha makes up her mind to travel beside Dalton. Wapol, now lording over the realm called the Evil Black Drum Kingdom, looks back on how he clawed his way back into power and works out how to ruin Dalton at the gathering. Down in Dressrosa, meanwhile, Viola extends an invitation to Rebecca.

The rescue crew folds Carrot into its ranks, while rulers worldwide press onward toward Mary Geoise. Kureha pledges to journey with Dalton, Wapol sets his sights on paying off an old grudge, and Viola pulls Rebecca into the assembly, drawing the surviving Dressrosa royals into the unfolding story.

Touches original to the anime include Brook commenting on Carrot's carrot-print shirt, Luffy offering to cook while Chopper and Brook scramble to stop him, dwarves and Dressrosa children sporting straw hats, Rebecca settling on her mother's gown, and Brook walking Carrot around the ship to show her about. The installment recaps Chopper's backstory and the Drum Island Arc, and brings Wapol back narrating the events of his Omnivorous Hurrah. Among the figures appearing onscreen for the first time since the timeskip are the three Drum Island faces of Dalton, Kureha, and Wapol, and a brief animation slip leaves Carrot's tail missing. The episode belongs to the Zou Arc.
