Tanned skin, blue eyes, and long green hair worn in a ponytail mark this giant out. She sports gold hoop earrings and a yellow corset, with a red sash knotted over her yellow shorts. Thigh-highs run up her legs above brown and yellow boots, and once a battle starts she dons a horned Viking helmet. Although she is a giant, her shrunken form counts as her true state thanks to her Devil Fruit, and she can swell back to natural size whenever she pleases.

Gluttony defines her, and much like Panz Fry she swipes food from others. Her devotion to her father is immense: she brags constantly about his cooking and was loyal enough to set out for the New World armed with nothing but a glass bottle for transport. She tends to overreact in comic fashion, which balloons her head in the same way Camie face-faults when stunned, and she habitually attaches the suffix -sa to people's names rather than -san. Once the Straw Hats pulled her from drowning, her early hostility toward them softened into genuine friendship, and she formed an especially strong bond with Luffy over their shared love of eating.

As a giant, Lily wields enormous physical power beyond any ordinary human and enjoys a lifespan stretching across centuries. She consumed the Mini Mini no Mi, granting her control over her own size anywhere from five millimeters up to a giant's full height; because she was born a giant, her strength stays constant no matter how small she shrinks. Unlike Blyue, who ate a comparable fruit, she never mastered settling at human size. For a weapon she carries a dinner fork used like a trident, which scales up and down together with her. One of her favored tricks is shrinking down to slip inside an enemy, then expanding to blow them apart, a method she lent to Luffy by growing inside him to make him a temporary giant during the clash with Shuzo. After freeing Panz Fry and surviving Shuzo's repeated assaults, she parted ways with the Straw Hats and headed home, telling Luffy he was the strongest giant she had ever met.
