Mani first turned up standing alongside her crewmate Rivers. When Nami brushed off Sarquiss's attempt to lure her away from the Straw Hats, Mani and Lily traded startled looks at the refusal. For all her billing as a fighter, she made no move to stop Luffy as he simply collected the crew's plundered goods and walked out.
Once Donquixote Doflamingo dealt out punishment to Bellamy, Mani journeyed with the rest of the crew toward a Sky Island. What ultimately happened to her remains unknown, since Bellamy surrendered his captaincy to enlist with the Donquixote Pirates and lost his crew in the process.
