Milia

Milia is a small girl with short orange hair and deep brown eyes. She dresses in a blue frock fastened by two buttons and trimmed with a white collar, its sleeves carrying a blue-and-white stripe, and she rounds out the outfit with brown shoes.

Calm and composed by nature, Milia carries herself with quiet steadiness. Losing her father to a pirate left her resentful of pirates in general, though her bitterness never matched her sister's intensity. She is also notably clever, sharp enough to locate an island lacking any magnetic field using a Log Pose. That early hatred softened once she met the Straw Hats, whom she came to see as a different breed of pirate, growing especially fond of Sanji and looking up to Nami.

After her mother had already passed, Milia's father spent his life voyaging in search of riches to delight his children. He came home from one such trip mortally wounded by Bayan, and before dying he handed Milia a Log Pose, gave Holy a map-reading device, and inked a map across Amanda's back. Roughly a month before the family crossed paths with the Straw Hats, the three children were seized by Zap, then freed when Maccus and Bonney struck a bargain with Amanda and escaped together by lifeboat to seek the treasure. When the Straw Hats reached the island, the group posed as a camping family until the cover unraveled. After the Bayan Pirates captured Luffy and Amanda, everyone gave chase and won the ensuing battle, freeing Amanda. The island proved to be a giant clam and the father's prize a colossal pearl, after which Maccus and Bonney adopted the three siblings as their own.
