CharacterMozambia is a Marine vice admiral who first appeared at the Mary Geoise conference called to choose Crocodile's successor among the Seven Warlords. He later stood with the Marine forces during the great clash at Marineford.
Appearance
A dark-skinned officer, Mozambia keeps his gray hair cut short and carries a scar down the left side of his face, a wound he took as a young recruit while shielding civilians. His attire is a brown suit over a blue shirt and tie, with the regulation Marine coat hanging loosely across his shoulders.
Personality
The series offers only one real glimpse of his temperament. When Doflamingo of the Warlords seized control of his body during the meeting, Mozambia broke into a panic, unable to grasp why he had suddenly lost command of his own movements.
