Neiro

Neiro wears a long mustache along with black hair gathered into a braided ponytail behind him. His look combines a green sleeveless jacket trimmed in red with a black bandana and ripped blue shorts, rounded out by green boots collared in dark red.

Faithful to a fault, Neiro carries out whatever his captain commands without pause. He collects swords avidly and enjoys lifting blades from the foes he beats. One private weakness softens his rough image: he loves white daifuku but keeps it hidden, since Bad One Gracie cannot stand anything white.

Neiro consumed the Pocha Pocha no Mi, which is a Paramecia-type fruit letting him govern the fat in his own body or an opponent's, and he handles nunchucks at a level reckoned masterful. In a brawl he can bloat a whole crew into helpless obesity through his Cholesterol Ring Attack, or trim himself down with the Cholesterol Ring Rebound to harden his frame to steel.

He once fought under Gracie as backup for the Blackbeard Pirates during the Payback War against the Whitebeard Pirates. In the Premier Show, the BIG Pirates struck at Tomoshibi Island while chasing Whitebeard's remnants. Neiro fattened the Straw Hats and traded blows with Luffy, who shrugged off the change by digesting the fat like meat. Facing Zoro, Neiro snatched two of the swordsman's blades for his hoard, then steeled his body, only for Zoro to slice clean through metal and drop him in a single blow, at which his fondness for white daifuku came pouring out.
