Nightin is the elderly doctor and ship engineer of the World Pirates, introduced in the special 3D2Y. A master herbalist who blends bitter medicines into weapons, she once fought Boa Hancock on near-even footing, resisting the Pirate Empress's petrifying charm until her own concoctions ran dry.
Small in stature and advanced in years, Nightin keeps her light purple hair gathered into an elaborate bun trimmed with red tassels on either side. Swirl-patterned glasses and pink eyeliner accent her face. She dresses in a lab coat over a pink dress edged in green, finished with pink high heels. When she downs her rejuvenating brew, her features stay recognizable but she grows considerably taller and her wrinkles vanish.
Proud and self-assured, Nightin rates her own talents highly enough to believe she can stand toe to toe with Boa Hancock. She is shrewd as well, grasping that distracting the mind is the key to slipping past Hancock's petrification, the same trick Momonga used. Her edge never lasts long, though, since she cannot help conceding that Hancock truly is the world's most beautiful woman. She also enjoys toying with her foes, mockingly calling the Marines sweeties just before turning on them during the raid on the World Nobles' ship.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...
As a World Pirate, Nightin packs serious power despite her age, capable of cutting down crowds of far younger Marines. Her medical mastery runs deep: she is an expert herbalist who can brew a punishingly bitter medicinal mix that, when swallowed, lets her shrug off Hancock's allure for a time, plus a powdered herbal formula that briefly restores her body to its youthful prime. She folded this knowledge into a combat art called Kanpo Kenpo, earning the title Goddess of Kanpo Kenpo, a style that turns medicinal herbs and poisons into attacks while bolstering her own strength.

Nightin holds her own against Boa Hancock for a while by countering the Mero Mero no Mi with bitter herbs and her rejuvenation technique. Once her herbs are exhausted, though, she can no longer resist Hancock's beauty and is quickly petrified.
After the clash between Byrnndi World and Luffy, Sakazuki's Marines bombarded the World Pirates' ship, and whether Nightin survived the blast is left unknown.
