History

Strength is not Wakan's strong suit. The instant a fishbone drove into his neck he gave way, and his defeat came quickly after. In a fight he leaned on a sword, raising it in a bid to finish Kawamatsu.

The Prison Mine fell into chaos when Monkey D. Luffy staged his breakout, and amid the upheaval Kawamatsu's cage burst open. Following the order of Warden Babanuki, Wakan teamed with Hippan Natte and Neoki to put down Kawamatsu while he remained handcuffed. As Wakan closed in for the kill, Kawamatsu spat out a fishbone that lodged in his neck and froze his advance. Raizo then hurled Kawamatsu's blade into the cage, and armed with it Kawamatsu put down all three Waiters.
