The PX-Z, nicknamed Shiro Kuma, are customized Pacifista units that the Neo Marines reworked to fight under their banner. They appear in One Piece Film: Z and are wiped out by Franky.
Built from the Pacifista template, each PX-Z still carries the broad likeness of Bartholomew Kuma but with several alterations. The clearest change is a long white coat left open at the hem in place of the usual black jacket, with Z's Jolly Roger displayed across the front. A metal plate shields part of the head, the right eye is bionic, and the hair is a light green rather than the black worn by Kuma and the standard models.
As Pacifista, these units carry no personality of their own. Their combat capability mirrors the classic models exactly, firing Kizaru's light-based laser beams from both the mouth and the palms, and they appear to share the same scanning eyes found in the prototype Pacifista. Their armor proves far less reliable, however, since Franky was able to knock them down with his exoskeleton suit and reduce them to vapor with his laser.
During the Neo Marines' clash with the Straw Hat Pirates on Piriodo, Z's forces deployed the PX-Z against the pirates. Franky engaged them first while piloting General Franky, smashing several, then mopped up the remainder with little effort using his Radical Beam. Outside the film, the units also turn up in the game One Py Berry Match. The Shiro Kuma name plays on shirokuma, Japanese for polar bear and also a frozen dessert, while the head plate echoes Oda's early concept art for Kuma.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....

No, the PX-Z units are exclusive to the non-canon movie One Piece Film: Z, which falls outside the main manga storyline.
Each PX-Z is built from the Pacifista template and still resembles Bartholomew Kuma, but wears a long white coat open at the hem bearing Z's Jolly Roger, has a metal head plate, a bionic right eye, and light green hair instead of Kuma's black.
As Pacifista units, the PX-Z carry no personality of their own and fire Kizaru-style light beams from both their mouths and palms, mirroring the combat abilities of the standard Pacifista models.
Franky defeated the PX-Z during the Neo Marines' clash with the Straw Hat Pirates on Piriodo, smashing several while piloting General Franky and finishing off the rest with his Radical Beam.
