Peseta

A hulking, hunchbacked man with a sickly pallor, Peseta has blonde hair and lightning-bolt tattoos covering his torso, with the Silver Pirate Alliance's emblem inked on his left arm.

His outfit is green trousers whose belt shows an S, worn with tall black boots, a whip at his waist, keeps a small Den Den Mushi near his right ear, and has two cannons strapped across his back.

Quick to excitement, Peseta celebrates whatever pleases him, sometimes to excess, and he is fond of exclaiming the word Incredible while breaking into a dance during such moments.

Toward his enemies he is cruel, yet he often fixates on them so completely that he grows careless about his surroundings. He also delights in their humiliation and later mocks them for it.

Peseta fights as a calculating strategist, drawing up several plans to bring down his foes and learning their weaknesses in advance so he can exploit them, and he usually strikes in a coordinated group with his crew instead of dueling one-on-one. The two cannons on his back can launch ordinary exploding cannonballs as well as Adhesive Shells that spray a very sticky glue on detonation, and he also fights with a whip.

During the Silver Mine Arc he teamed with Desire and her Sweet Pirates to hunt Luffy, firing adhesive-loaded shells that trapped the Straw Hats and Barto Club and capturing Luffy and Bartolomeo. He set Bartolomeo to mining ore, presented silver to Tanaka of the Gran Tesoro, and called on Aveyron when the prisoners escaped. After losing contact with Aveyron, he confronted the fleeing pirates and miners, only to be undone when Zoro freed Desire's crewmates, cut apart his Adhesive Shells, and launched him and his men into the distance with a Three Sword Style whirlwind that stuck them together with their own glue. Silver Mine later sank, leaving his fate uncertain.
