Summary

With citizens and marines forced to turn on each other, Doflamingo broadcasts a roster of targets ranked by "Stars," each star worth 100 million berries. To everyone's astonishment, the largest prize falls on Usopp. Robin, Usopp, Sabo, Koala, and Hack push toward the SMILE Factory while Bartolomeo holds back the freed toys with a barrier, and Kin'emon breaks off to search the scrap heap for Kanjuro. Up on the plateau, Kyros leaves the group to chase Doflamingo alone.

Key Events

Doflamingo names twelve heads totaling 2.6 billion berries: one star each for Rebecca, Robin, Kin'emon, Viola, and Franky; two for Zoro and Kyros; three for Sabo, Luffy, Law, and Riku. A special five-star price is then placed on "God" Usopp, instantly turning his former worshippers against him. Rebecca reaches Luffy by Den Den Mushi and realizes the toy soldier, the colosseum statue, and Kyros are all her father. Law argues that killing Doflamingo will redirect Kaido's fury onto their alliance, but Luffy refuses to relent and grabs Law and Zoro to head for the palace.

Notes

Law is confirmed to still hold Shichibukai status despite Fujitora's earlier move against him, a situation likened to Hancock's. The chapter notes that the last figure called "God" was Enel, whom Oda suggested could carry a bounty as high as 500 million berries, the exact sum now on Usopp. Franky appears to have slipped away from the Toy House. The cover, by Sleeping Samurai, shows Law scheming with a grim walrus.
