Potaufeu

Of ordinary stature, Potaufeu has short brown hair, a goatee, and a light dusting of stubble. His long, faintly wrinkled face features a heavy jaw, full lips, and drooping eyes that lend him a perpetually sleepy expression. Over a white turtleneck he sports a striped coat colored purple and yellow, trimmed at the collar and cuffs with pale yellow fur, and a rectangular gold crown rests on his head.

The anime gives him a curiosity about current events and international politics. He joined the royals' discussion about Luffy's voyage to Wano Country and wondered aloud whether the assembled monarchs ought to take any action in the matter.

Potaufeu took his place at the Levely, seated between Seki and Wapol. In the anime, when Seki and Lemoncheese talked over Luffy's exploits, he chimed in that word was going around the young pirate would target Kaidou next, and the gathered kings carried on debating the Wano Country situation and Luffy until the council began.
