Personality

Blunt by nature, Rakuda grew angry remembering how the fortress plans were taken from him. Yet he is something of a grasping thief in his own right, having lifted those very blueprints from Tokijiro the moment he understood what they were worth.

History

Sometime earlier, Rakuda noticed that Tokijiro was holding the blueprints to Kaidou's stronghold on Onigashima. Sensing they could fetch a great sum of money, he made off with them. Before long, though, a masked man claiming to hail from Kuri robbed the plans from him in turn.

When Franky came around asking after the blueprints, Rakuda recounted how they had been stolen. During the Fire Festival he joined Kumagoro, Kobe, Kisegawa, and Tokijiro in celebration, the group dreaming aloud of the Kouzuki Family bringing down Orochi and Kaidou.
