By some unexplained route, Tokijiro came into possession of the schematics for Kaidou's fortress on Onigashima after obtaining them from the geisha Kisegawa. That ownership did not last, because Rakuda convinced him the documents were worth a fortune and then walked away with them. When Franky tracked him down in search of the plans, Tokijiro laid out the whole chain of events. He was later among the revelers at the Fire Festival, joining Kumagoro, Kobe, Kisegawa, and Rakuda as they imagined the Kouzuki Family toppling Orochi and Kaidou.
