Ran

Ran is a woman of ordinary build whose jet black hair is swept to one side, with an earring in each ear. Her outfit is sparse: a snug orange floral tank top cut with a gap in the middle, dark stockings held by straps that meet matching underwear, and a belt of rings at her waist trailing a flap of blue cloth to cover her behind. A Marine-like overcoat hangs from her shoulders like a cape, in the manner of her crewmates, and a quiver rides on her back with a snake usually coiled nearby.

Sharp-eyed and observant, Ran recognized at once that Luffy had toppled Bacura through sheer force. She ranks among the better-informed Kuja, and it fell to her to recount to a young girl the tale of the Gorgon Sisters and the cursed marks on their backs, a story she believed without knowing the marks were in fact brands of slavery the sisters keep hidden in shame.

A berth on the Kuja vessel is reserved for the strongest fighters, so her presence implies real power. In common with her sisters she wields a snake that reshapes itself into a bow, and her aim has earned her a reputation as a master archer.
