Sebastian

Being a wotan, Sebastian towers and bulks up to roughly the scale of a small giant while keeping a fish-man's features. His skin is blue, dotted with green spots across the forehead and shoulders, and his hair is black. Fin-shaped ears frame his face, more fins rise from his shoulders, and a dorsal fin crowns his head, above a notably prominent navel. Over his torso he sports a purple vest finished with a pale collar and a crimson bow tie, paired with a pair of white wrist cuffs studded with dark buttons. His legs are clad in dark-blue trousers tucked into black shoes, and his belt is fastened by a gold buckle shaped like a fish. Oversized sunglasses usually hide the scarred, sightless eyes beneath.

Sure of his own ability, Sebastian boasted that he could put down both Luffy and Hancock by himself inside two minutes, a boast that backfired when the pair beat him easily. His loyalty to Byrnndi World ran deep, surviving even the three decades he spent apart from his captain. In the days before World's imprisonment, he and his crewmates lived like close friends, drinking together and trading dreams of freedom. He also carries a signature laugh, a repeated "Shishishi".

His wotan heritage grants him a giant's raw power along with a fish-man's ability to breathe beneath the waves, and that strength is why he serves as gatekeeper for the World Pirates' ship. Because he is blind, Boa Hancock's petrifying power cannot touch him, yet he still tracks and engages foes with ease, likely leaning on Observation Haki to make up for his lost sight. As a false-kelpfish wotan, he can blend into his surroundings until he seems to disappear, a trick he calls Camouflage Air, and he can also push spikes out of his body, which he combines with a spinning charge dubbed Spin Tornado. He fights with twin maces and practices Fish-Man Karate, hurling enlarged versions of Uchimizu and Yabusame. During the 3D2Y events, after World broke out of Impel Down, Sebastian and the crew recovered their captain aboard their ship and he challenged the intruding duo, only to be sent crashing down by Luffy's Gear 3 and then turned negative by Perona. When Sakazuki's Marines later blew up the vessel, his fate was left unknown.
