Tabi

Average in size, Tabi has a sharp nose and a stubbled chin. Maroon-shaded glasses sit on his face below a red helmet bearing the crew's pirate mark, and he wears a purple coat with white gloves. A dark purple belt rings his waist while a blue sash hugs his left bicep; a satchel rests on his left shoulder above striped red-and-purple pants and purple footwear.

Loyalty toward captain Buena Festa is Tabi's defining trait, and he dutifully delivered news of Monkey D. Luffy's arrival. The captain's frantic, exaggerated response to that report, however, took him completely by surprise.

With the Straw Hats arriving for the Pirates Festival, Tabi dashed through the crew's control room to reach his captain. Whispering the news into Festa's ear, he set off a burst of excitement: Festa sprang up, bounded over a food-covered table, and aimed a telescope through the window at the oncoming pirates. The fate of Tabi and his crewmates is left unsaid, as Festa later appeared by himself in the control room once Douglas Bullet's rampage began, and the Revolutionary Army went on to capture the captain.
