Taking a Chance! Both Wings Go into Battle!

King moves to cut down the group ferrying the wounded Zoro, and Sanji rushes in to shield his crewmate only to be tagged by one of Queen's laser blasts. Marco steps between them, deflecting King's strike, and muses aloud about a fiery race that once dwelt atop the Red Line, surprised to find one of their kind standing before him.

Just as the All-Stars prepare to take Marco on, the swordsman steps aside: the medicine Miyagi administered has revived Zoro, who rises and turns Queen's attack away. With both Straw Hats back on their feet, Zoro and Sanji launch into the All-Stars together, while far below at Tokage Port, Luffy recovers his footing and searches for Momonosuke as a pair of enormous eyes glimmers in the dark.

Marco briefly holds off King and lifts his guard once Zoro recovers, leaving the two Straw Hats to handle the All-Stars. During the brawl Sanji feels an unfamiliar change in his body, something Queen also spots, prompting him to wonder whether Sanji has been cyborg-modified like Judge's other children or carries Lunarian blood. Watching from the sidelines, Hyougoro and Kawamatsu see echoes of Ringo's late lord Shimotsuki Ushimaru, and through him the swordsman deity Shimotsuki Ryuma, in Zoro's posture, single eye, and blade work, sensing destiny in his return of Shusui to the country.

Set during the Wano Country Arc, the adaptation invents extra beats, including Sanji's attempt to save Zoro before Queen halts him, Zoro slicing Queen's laser as Marco yields, and the bickering between Zoro and Sanji after their combined assault. Marco's recollection of Whitebeard explaining the Lunarians is lengthened, while a manga moment of Beasts Pirates calling out to the downed All-Stars is dropped, and the timing of a grunt firing on Zoro is shifted to after the duo recovers.
