Trap in a Desperate Situation! Breaking Into Rain Dinners

Several of the Straw Hats, along with Smoker, find themselves snared by Crocodile within the Rain Dinners casino. Vivi briefly reunites with the royal guard Pell before Miss All Sunday seizes her and overpowers him. Crocodile then displays the Devil Fruit ability that renders him all but invincible, while Miss All Sunday shows off her own strange power.

Luffy, Zoro, Nami, and Usopp realize that without Vivi they cannot even identify Crocodile, and their shouting draws Smoker into the casino. The manager, Miss All Sunday, directs the commotion to a VIP room, where a forked hallway funnels the pirates down a dead end and a trapdoor swallows the whole group. Elsewhere Chopper crosses paths with a nearsighted Tashigi and reunites with a hiding Sanji. In a cell, Smoker downs Luffy with his sea prism stone jitte and explains how the mineral mimics the sea against Devil Fruit users. Crocodile reveals Smoker came alone, then waits for his guest of honor. Outside, Pell rescues Vivi from the Billions only for Miss All Sunday to defeat them both with her Hana Hana no Mi and haul Vivi in. Vivi's attack passes through Crocodile's sand body, and Miss All Sunday announces that noon has come, launching Operation Utopia to destroy Arabasta.

Pell, Miss All Sunday, and Crocodile each debut multiple techniques here, and the Tori Tori no Mi, Model Falcon makes its first appearance. Pandaman cameos around the 1:30 mark inside a slot machine, and this is the final episode to use Fish as its ending theme and the last to air on Greece's Alter Channel. A continuity slip shows Crocodile missing his scar near 11:51. The installment belongs to the Arabasta arc.
