The Strongest Form of Humanity! The Seraphim's Abilities!

As the clash drags on across the Fabiriophase and Sentomaru barely holds on, Vegapunk explains the Seraphim and their powers to Sanji's group. The moment Jinbe and Chopper reach the Vacuum Rocket, the pair joins Luffy in fleeing to the Labophase, the lockdown sealing shut just as Sentomaru blacks out.

Watching the Seraphim cut down the CP0 agents, Vegapunk grows alarmed at the sight of S-Shark carrying the Sui Sui no Mi, the Devil Fruit belonging to Senor Pink. He notes that the pirate sits imprisoned in Impel Down, yet his powers were copied without taking his life. According to Vegapunk, Paramecia abilities can be reproduced via a blood transfusion, although he has not yet worked out how to awaken them, and that same method gives S-Bear the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi while handing S-Snake the powers of the Mero Mero no Mi.

With Sentomaru in critical shape, Lucci moves to finish him and claim command of the Seraphim, but Luffy abruptly lands his Gomu Gomu no Dawn Whip on the assassin, slamming him into a tower; the spin sends Lucci drilling deep into the dirt. Trying to exploit Luffy's apparent absence, Lucci goes for Sentomaru once more, only for Luffy to erupt from the ground and finish him off using his Gomu Gomu no Dawn Rocket.

Jinbe's party seizes the chaos to flee toward the Vacuum Rocket carrying a knocked-out Atlas, reaching it early with help from S-Snake, though Luffy has not turned up. Chopper calls out, and Luffy hears him but hesitates to leave Sentomaru behind; once entrusted by Sentomaru to safeguard Vegapunk, he flings himself through the air and drops into the rocket right as its doors shut, riding safely to the protected Labophase. Down in the Fabiriophase, a surviving Lucci faces Sentomaru, who buckles under his wounds at the very moment Kaku and Stussy turn up. Luffy debuts both Dawn Whip and Dawn Rocket; the episode belongs to the Egghead Arc.
