Rescue Our Friends! A Bond Among Foes Sworn with Fists!

Rocketman tears through an underground waterway and bursts out of Water 7 into the sea, startling the Straw Hats, while Zambai and the Franky Family give chase aboard their King Bulls, Sodom and Gomorrah. Zambai fires the linking cannons to fasten the two vessels together, nearly striking Zoro in the process. As Kokoro fights to guide the train onto the raised rails, Chimney and Gonbe suddenly appear clinging to the nose, having stayed behind with Iceburg. The moment the wheels catch the track, the speed surges and Luffy, Chimney, and Gonbe are flung loose, only to crash safely into one of the bigger Franky Family members.

The episode revisits Iceburg's past with Franky. Years earlier Kokoro had believed Franky killed by a sea train, but a man calling himself Cutty Flam later turns up with a rebuilt body. Iceburg, enraged that Franky still resents him for building ships for the World Government, confronts him over Tom's blueprints, then hands him the Pluton plans, tells him to abandon the Cutty Flam name, and tearfully orders him to leave Water 7. In the present, Paulie at last names Lucci, Kaku, Kalifa, and Blueno as the ones behind Iceburg's shooting, stunning Tilestone and Lulu. Luffy declares that all of them now share one enemy and proposes an alliance, which Paulie and Zambai accept, just as another Aqua Laguna swell rises ahead.

The installment debuts the King Bulls, Sodom and Gomorrah. Its ending theme marks the first appearance of Asu wa Kuru Kara in the series. The story is set within the Water 7 Arc.
