Showdown Between Cooks! Sanji vs. Ramen Kenpo

A government agent informs Kalifa that the last two cars have been cut free and that even T Bone has been beaten. The remaining guards are spread across the cars, with Wanze posted in the fourth, Nero in the third, and Robin confined to the first. Lucci cautions that the intruders should not be dismissed, yet insists his sole worry is the loose Franky. He swears Robin and Franky will arrive at Enies Lobby no matter how many men it costs and flatly rules out any rescue succeeding.

Sanji waves Sogeking and Franky ahead and faces Wanze, who pelts him with sharpened Ramen Beam noodles and later wraps himself in a Men's Formal Suit spun from ramen. Repulsed that food is being used as a weapon, Sanji lands a rapid barrage and vows to make Wanze swallow every strand. Up on the roof, Franky lands a cheap punch on Nero, only for the agent to answer with Soru, Kami-e, Rankyaku, and Geppo, each leaving the other puzzled about what he is fighting. Luffy climbs onto Rocketman once again and works his way further along the train, mystifying Nami, Zoro, and Chopper. Wearing octopus shoes, Sogeking raps on Robin's window, and she recognizes Usopp behind the disguise.

The episode introduces Wanze's full Ramen Kenpo arsenal together with Sanji's Escalope and Hocho Sabaki and Franky's Strong Hammer. During Wanze's introduction in the FUNimation dub, his line references a 1963 ensemble comedy, the one whose name strings together the word Mad four times ahead of the closing World. The story belongs to the Water 7 Arc.
