Scramble over Robin! A Cunning Plan by Sogeking!!

Having beaten their opponents, Sanji and Franky enter the car holding CP9. Lucci kicks the unconscious Wanze aside and confronts Nero, who insists he can take down Franky. Reminding everyone that a true CP9 member must master all six powers, Lucci gives Nero three seconds to flee, then runs him down with Soru and impales him with Shigan, hurling him out the window into the sea. He dismisses the agent as too weak to belong. The sight leaves Sanji shaken and Franky unsure which side is the truly evil one.

In car one, Corgi sniffs out Sogeking hiding under Robin's coat, but Sogeking shoots him down. Lucci recounts Robin's history, branding her existence a curse and predicting years of interrogation, until Robin herself appears with Sogeking and flings him away with her Hana Hana powers, telling Sanji her words mean nothing to him. Sogeking then tosses a smoke bomb that stuns CP9, grabs Robin, and bolts to the previous car. Blueno hauls the detached car back, Sanji's Concasse staggers him, and Robin knocks Sogeking out with Ocho Fleur Clutch. Franky shoves the cars apart to remain with CP9, shouting that he has a plan and telling Sanji and Sogeking to rejoin Luffy. Blueno then warns of the looming threat of a Buster Call.

The episode debuts Sogeking's Smoke Star and Blueno's Air Door. It also brings Yokozuna the frog onto the rails in front of Rocketman. The story is part of the Water 7 Arc.
