Not Out of Danger Yet! Orders to Annihilate The Straw Hat Crew

Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, and Robin are already crumbling under the sunlight when their shadows surge back at the final instant and reweave their bodies. That same rush of relief ripples far past the island, as pirates, Marines, and ordinary folk everywhere cheer to feel their long-missing shadows lock back into place. Luffy pulls through but lies senseless after driving himself through Gear Second and Gear Third. The party on Thriller Bark curdles when the battered crew remembers Kuma is still present, and the warlord soon takes a grim order through his Den Den Mushi.

The returning shadows rescue the four fading Straw Hats and restore countless victims across the Grand Line, the maid Margarita and her employer Egana among them. Hogback rouses Absalom to break the news that Moria has fallen. An injured old man identifies himself as Spoil, who heads the association of Thriller Bark's victims. Ordered to ship the beaten Moria to Marine Headquarters in secret and silence every witness including the crew, Kuma peels off his gloves, warps into the gathering, drives a paw-shaped blast through the Rolling Pirates, and bears down on Zoro.

The installment debuts several minor figures, namely Goo, Asahija, Margarita, and Egana, and showcases Kuma's Pad Ho technique for the first time. Usopp worries aloud that Luffy's dependence on the punishing Gear methods will put him at risk against the tougher enemies still waiting ahead.
