Luffy, Completely Surrounded! Admiral Nelson's Secret Plan

The Going Merry weaves through cannon fire from Nelson Royal's warships while Lieutenant Commander Hardy, certain the vessel will be taken, sits back to relax. Eric, greedy for the Dragon's Nest, breaks off in a rowboat to chase the Merry himself. Luffy bounces a cannonball back into one of Nelson's ships with his rubber balloon, prompting the commodore to ready a massive elimination cannon, which Usopp destroys by firing a shot straight down its barrel.

Luffy stretches a bridge so Zoro and Sanji can board the enemy ship, then hurls himself across as well. While Luffy and Sanji cut through the Marine ranks, Zoro severs the chains binding the warships together. Eric, having seized the raft holding Ryu and Apis, tows it to his boat and refuses to surrender the dragon to Nelson, who furiously orders his ships to open fire on the traitor. As Eric wrestles Apis for the creature, the weakened Ryu rouses, knocks him into the sea, and takes flight, only to soar straight into Nelson's barrage. Riddled by cannonballs, the dragon plunges into the water and, with his last breath, asks Luffy to keep Apis safe before dying.

Usopp destroys Nelson's giant elimination cannon. The Straw Hats storm a Marine warship, with Zoro cutting the linking chains. Eric betrays Nelson and seizes Ryu, drawing Nelson's fire onto himself. Ryu recovers, throws Eric overboard, and is then shot down while flying. The dying dragon entrusts Apis to Luffy.

This is a filler installment within the Warship Island Arc, not adapted from the manga. It carries a notable continuity error: Zoro is shown slicing through steel here, an ability he does not actually develop until the Arabasta Arc.
