It marks the first time the anime depicts a Devil Fruit reincarnating, lingering on the apple as it pulses, curls its stem, and shifts color into the new Sara Sara no Mi, Model: Axolotl. The anime expands several beats, including Usopp and Nami helping Brownbeard from the wreckage, Caesar's prolonged laughter, and the extended chase. A footwear error shows Nami's shoes as platforms rather than heels as Sanji runs.
