Two Great Rivals Meet Each Other! Straw Hat and Heavenly Yaksha

To the stunned citizens who watched him gun Law down, Doflamingo spins a lie that Law engineered the morning's abdication hoax, then dismisses Luffy's outrage by claiming the right to discipline a former underling. Zoro lunges to rescue the wounded man, but Fujitora materializes, parries the blade, and drives the swordsman into the earth with his gravity power. Luffy finds himself penned by Seastone bars, and the whole crew reels at learning a Marine admiral backs their enemy.

Doflamingo and Fujitora lift the captured Law toward the palace to settle their talk. Out on the water, Sanji's group is set upon by a singing vessel belonging to Emperor Big Mom, crewed by Tamago and Pekoms, who declare Caesar their target. The pirates agree they must steer these new threats away from the island so the factory plan survives, and Luffy vows to storm the palace and free Law. Meanwhile a mysterious figure surfaces inside the Colosseum.

Fujitora repels Zoro's flying slash with ease and refuses to pass judgment on Doflamingo until their conversation finishes. Caesar admits he once stole research money from Big Mom, explaining the bounty on him. Nami lays out three reasons to head for Zou: shielding Momonosuke and Caesar, sparing the revolution from chaos, and honoring Law's sacrifice so the SMILE factory can fall. Luffy approves the route, clears Sanji to return fire, and the strike team mobilizes. Sabo appears at the arena.

The anime depicts Zoro knocking aside pursuing Marines as he and Kin'emon flee. In the English dub a Marine mistakenly addresses Fujitora as Vice-Admiral when he blocks the slash, an error likely carried over from subtitle references. Sanji is shown deflecting a cannonball during the assault on the Thousand Sunny, and Sabo's appearance is moved earlier. This installment marks the final use of the original cut of the Wake up! opening theme.
