The Rupture Human, Gladius Blows Up Big Time!

Pushing through Doflamingo's guards on the ground floor, Rampo, Kabu, and the Thunder Soldier run straight into Gladius. The two little fighters throw themselves at him to buy their leader an escape, but he snatches them effortlessly and knocks them senseless with bursting blasts from his arms. He then seizes the fleeing soldier from behind, swelling the toy's head to the brink of detonation. A timely Jet Stamp from Luffy hurls Gladius aside and spares the soldier. When Viola drags Luffy away, calling the officer too lethal, Gladius detonates his own helmet and wounds her with the flying shards, forcing Luffy to carry her.

With no staircase in sight, the trio leaps from a window and Luffy stretches a leg to vault them up beside the Room of Suits. There they overhear Doflamingo pressing Law for the alliance's plan. Luffy itches to strike, but Viola holds him back as the Thunder Soldier pins his hopes on Usopp. Meanwhile Gladius bumps into Kin'emon, who is disguised as Doflamingo with Wicca tucked in his pocket, and unwittingly reports that Kanjuro has vanished from the scrap house. In the underground harbor, Robin tries to knock Sugar out using the rebels' spice, but a single lapse lets Sugar brush her arm, turning Robin into a toy. Fed up, Trebol moves to crush the little folk under a boulder as a horrified Usopp looks on.

The adaptation inserts fresh moments, including the Thunder Soldier saving Rampo from a grunt and Leo's group making one final push to complete Operation SOP. In the original, Robin's transformation appeared only as a brief flashback rather than playing out in sequence. The next episode preview runs shorter than usual.
