Steady Progress! Luffy's Army vs. Pica!

Dressrosa's people watch in shock as Pica's arm crumbles, and a panicked Luffy steers Ucy clear of the falling debris. Doflamingo's street soldiers try to halt the Colosseum fighters, but Ideo blasts them aside with Destruction Cannon, with Orlumbus and Cavendish piling on through Admiral's Hug and Swan Lake. The grunts cannot hold the line, and Pica regrows his severed arm for another assault. Recognizing the futility of trading blows with a regenerating enemy, Zoro shouts for everyone to scatter, and Dagama agrees that fleeing is their only viable move for now.

As the fighters retreat through the crumbling city, unsure how to slip past Pica to reach the castle, Cavendish notices Luffy is gone. To their astonishment, the captain is scaling Pica's arm atop Ucy, with Abdullah and Jeet stowed away behind him.

Pica spots Luffy and, seething in silence, regrows his arm to swat the climbers. Luffy strikes first, driving Gomu Gomu no Grizzly Magnum into the giant's face and shattering it, to the amazement of the crowd below. Zoro, who rode up with Luffy, points out that the shattered head and arm were only stone, and that Pica's true body sits where the false head stood. When the executive draws a giant sword, Ucy cannot dodge in time, so Luffy slips beneath the bull and launches it clear of the blade. Pica wheels around to strike again, but Zoro parries the swing with a single sword, drawing awed cries of "comrades of god" from Abdullah and Jeet.

Meanwhile, Robin's group keeps climbing toward the plaza while ex-toys pursue Rebecca. Robin shakes a grabber off with her slap technique and gets everyone to the top before dispelling her hands, dropping the pursuers back toward the Colosseum. Back at Pica, Zoro tells the giant that Luffy has no quarrel with a lump of rock, mocks his shrill voice as a "soprano-voiced dumbass," and stays behind to duel him while Luffy races for Doflamingo's palace.

The episode is part of the Dressrosa Arc. Orlumbus debuts Teitoku Hug and Cavendish debuts Biken: Swan Lake. The clash between Luffy's allies and the Donquixote grunts is extended, as is Luffy and Ucy's climb. The anime adds Zoro using Haki to locate Pica's real body, a Cavendish fantasy atop Ucy, fresh arguing over who fights Doflamingo, Issho contacting Bastille for reinforcements, Kyros recalling the tragedy of ten years prior, and Robin saving Rebecca from a rogue. A brief animation slip shows Luffy mistakenly on Ucy's back during Pica's swing, and the next-episode preview is shortened.
