Pica

Broad, towering, and thickly muscled, Pica presented an intimidating figure even in boyhood; a flashback shows him at nine already carrying a similar hulking frame under chainmail and a pale yellow knight's helm. By 24 he had traded the makeshift armor for genuine golden plate and black gloves. Long, wavy lavender hair hangs to his shoulders, and beneath his mask he keeps a straight mustache above yellow eyes. Most striking are the three spikes jutting from each shoulder blade, an outgrowth of the shoulder guards he wore through puberty. A spade tattoo marks the front of both shoulders, and his spiked gold helmet bears a four-pointed star that shades his eyes like a visor.

Pica is acutely touchy about his voice, which comes out startlingly high for a man his size; laughter at it can drive him to murder. Ordinarily quiet, he flies into rage when mocked, and Doflamingo forbade anyone from ridiculing him. Devotion to his captain runs three decades deep, and Pica abandoned his duel with Zoro the instant Kyros threatened Doflamingo. He treats the crew as family yet shows nothing but contempt for the lower ranks, and his temper can override even their safety, as when Luffy and Zoro laughed at him and he brought his giant fist crashing down on everything nearby. Convinced that Dressrosa's true king is Doflamingo, he holds Riku in special hatred. His confidence in his own Haki proved his undoing against Zoro.

As one of the top three officers, ranking just below Doflamingo, Pica led his own Pica Army, with Baby 5, Gladius, and Buffalo serving under him. At nine he was already strong enough to help raze a whole town, and by 30 he, Trebol, and Diamante crushed the entire Dressrosa army. His sheer size grants him immense strength, letting him swing a katana larger than himself with ease. His Paramecia-class Devil Fruit, the Ishi Ishi no Mi, lets him merge with and control any stone he touches; in fully stone terrain he moves through the ground like water at high speed, reshapes the landscape at will, and can rise into a colossal rock golem. He wields Armament Haki over his whole body and possesses Observation Haki, though Zoro's Haki ultimately cut through both, defeating him.
